Sleeping has many benefits.Sleeping is important to everyone and everyone needs to sleep.Sleeping can make people more energetic and not tired.If a person don't have enough sleep,he will be sleepy and can't study very well.
Sleeping is not always good.If a person sleeps too much,he won't have time to do other things and he will get a headache.The most important thing is:Sleep at the right time,don't sleep too much or too less.
